1. Refund Eligibility

In certain situations, refunds are taken into account. The customers may file for a refund if they encountered any of these problems:

• Service Delivery Failures: We will not be able to provide the services which we agreed to, or we shall fail to achieve the service level objectives as specified in the contract.
• Performance Guarantees: We will not achieve in conformity with our service contract performance benchmarks (like traffic growth, conversion measures) within the time frame clearly specified.
• Service Cancellation: In the event that the client chooses to withdraw from the services prior to starting the job or during its initial phases, as long as they meet the termination clauses set out in the contract.

2. Refund Request Process

Clients should do the following to get a reimbursement:

• Submit a Written Request: Clients who require refunds must send an email requesting in writing or utilize our official refund request form. This request should contain specifics of the service being addressed, reasons presented for asking reimbursement as well as any necessary documents.
• Review Period: Once we receive your application, we’ll get it reviewed at once! We’ll do this review in detail within 7 working days. In this assessment, we will analyze whether or not the problems mentioned in your request are included in our refund policy.
• Resolution: If necessary, we’ll let our clients know what we think about their request and then go ahead with any money return processes. It will take us about 14 business days from the approval date to deposit the amount back into your original payment account.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

There are some cases which cannot be compensated:

• Change of Mind: No refunds shall be given if clients redirect their inclination concerning the services even after they have been partially delivered or completely delivered.
• Client-Generated Issues:In the event that any performance benchmarks are not satisfied due to reasons outside our control e.g., wrong information or unrealizable expectations determined by client, we will not issue refunds.
• Partial Services: Will be proportionate to the undelivered work, for services that were partly implemented, refunds.

Service-Specific Terms

Some of our digital marketing services this may come with specific refund conditions including but not limited to advertising campaigns or subscriptions. Therefore clients should refer to the service agreements attached to them for the detailed terms.
